For many influencer agencies and corporate clients, the coverage of the chosen target groups is all that matters when it comes to booking an influencer.
For us, character and personality, a distinct positioning and authenticity are most important. Something that makes a person stand out from the crowd. Next to personality and singularity, versatility, self confidence and motivation are important. And of course, soft skills such as politeness, good behaviour, reliability and the ability to cooperate with people.
If all these points are fulfilled and there is a family that supports you, the requirements to start working as a good influencer are also fulfilled.
Bewerbung als Influencer.
Für viele Influencer-Agenturen und Unternehmen ist die Reichweite (in der Zielgruppe) tatsächlich oft der einzige Entscheidungsgrund für oder gegen einen Influencer.
Für uns hingegen sind Charakter und Persönlichkeit, eine klare Positionierung und Authentizität am wichtigsten. Darunter ist das zu verstehen, was jemanden unverwechselbar macht und ihn aus der Masse herausstechen lässt. Neben Persönlichkeit und Einzigartigkeit sind hier Wandlungsfähigkeit, Selbstbewusstsein, Selbstständigkeit und Leistungsbereitschaft zu nennen. Und natürlich die sogenannten „soft skills“ Höflichkeit, Benehmen, Anstand, Zuverlässigkeit, Kooperationsfähigkeit und emotionale Intelligenz.
Wenn das alles stimmt und zudem noch Rückhalt und Unterstützung durch die Familie gegeben sind, erst dann sind die Voraussetzungen erfüllt.
